Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your buying , you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in like-new, undamaged condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.


Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. You’ll be asked a few brief questions (your answers do not affect eligibility).
  4. prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
  5. Ship the item back in its original box (if available) or appropriate packaging.

Do not send your return to our warehouse without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be denied or delayed.

Damages Issues

Please check your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it. Damage has affected the ability of the product to function. We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for any accidental damage caused by the customer. Refunds and replacements are only available for manufacturer's faults and must be submitted to the customer care team within 10 days of receiving your order. After 10 days from the date of receipt of your order, due to the nature of the product, we must assume that all minor damage is wear and tear of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the unit has been forcefully damaged or misused. If your refund is accepted, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Missing Items

Some items are shipped separately, so if you have not received part of your order, it may have arrived a short time ago. All missing items must be reported missing within 10 days of receiving the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages confirmed lost by tracking information will be refunded or reimbursed by another unit. Please contact us if this occurs.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Late or Lost Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before your refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only accept returns and exchanges of defective products. If the product is defective and needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact our customer service.

Shipping

    To return an item please email us so we can give you a returns address to send it to. Please note that we do not cover any return shipping costs, this must be paid by the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
