The five elements have the properties of mutual restraintwhich represent the five basic components and their relationships in nature.   1. Carefully remove the incense stick from the package.
  2. Light the end of the incense stick: Use a match or lighter to light the end of the incense stick. Let the flame burn for a few seconds, make sure the end of the incense stick is fully lit, and then blow out the flame.
  3. Place it on the incense holder: Place the lit incense stick on the incense holder, making sure it is vertical, stable, and away from flammable objects.
  4. Choose a well-ventilated place and avoid direct wind, which can make the smoke evenly disperse.
  5. Relax your body and mind in an environment surrounded by aroma, and enjoy the peace of mind and relaxation effect brought by the incense stick.
  6. If you don't want burn whole stick, press the lit tip of the stick incense against a heat-resistant surface with some force, until the piece with the ember breaks off.
